Meet Kendra
Client Service Representative
Kendra has been working in veterinary client service for 22 years and brings a wealth of
experience, compassion, and dedication to her role. She is passionate about helping clients and
their beloved pets, and she strives to make every visit a positive and welcoming experience.
Kendra believes in continually learning and growing in her career. She enjoys expanding her
knowledge, developing new skills, and working toward advancing in her position. She is
currently becoming proficient in her role as our Health Certificate Coordinator, where she enjoys
learning new things and helping clients navigate their pets’ travel needs.
Kendra’s love for animals extends well beyond the workplace! At one point, she had an
impressive family of nine rescue cats, all of whom loved being cradled like babies, along with
two dogs and her beloved bird, Mango, who comes to work with her every day.
When she isn’t at the hospital, Kendra enjoys reading, watching TV and movies, and spending
quality time with family, friends, and her own furry family members.
